Delete your DAZO account
1. How to delete
- Sign in to your account here on the site.
- Open My account › Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
If you prefer, write to privacy@dazoplayer.app from the account email, asking for the deletion.
2. What is erased
- The account email and password.
- The devices linked to the account (the TVs leave the account; favorites, playlists and settings stay on the TV itself and don’t come to the server).
- The account’s Premium (whatever is left of the paid period is lost).
3. What is kept
Only what the law requires us to keep, such as payment receipts, for as long as the law requires. None of it is used for anything else.
4. Before deleting
If you pay through Google Play or Amazon, cancel the subscription there first: deleting the account doesn’t cancel the store’s billing. On your TVs, DAZO keeps working on the free plan.
